GlowFast Tech is an independent technology services company that provides API integration, cloud migration, data analytics, and related consulting services. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the Site.

5. Limitation of Liability

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Worcester, Massachusetts. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
